All Tattybogel products are dispatched within 24 hours if ordered between monday and saturday morning.   Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail or similar courier, EU and other International deliveries by reliable 2-4 day courier.  We always email you when we have dispatched a product to you, with a tracking number for your convenience if a courier is used. All overseas deliveries carry a surcharge, as indicated at checkout.   

When demand is high, as can be the case over Christmas, we hope you can appreciate delivery may take a little longer, and is out of our hands once dispatched, so please order early!
